Suggest Treatment For Diverticulitis Causing Lower Abdominal Pain

I had a colonoscopy today, the doctor noticed many sites w diverticulitis, causing me lower abdominal pain and making me bear down hard to have a bowel movement. Another result is that it's causing many internal hemorrhoids. I don't know where to begin treating each of these findings. Thank you for helping.

You can treat diverticula, hemorrhoids and abdominal pain all with a high fiber diet . It may be best to start with something like metamucil a heaping tsp daily with 8 oz of water at breakfast time and stay on it .For severe diverticulitis with abdominal pain and fever , your doctor will have to give you antibiotics also
