Suggest Treatment For Diverticulitis

I ve had Stoma for 2mo 3 weeks I was taken on emergency to hospital & that s what the results were. I had diverticulitis & perforated colon. now I had 2 go 2 my PCP for take down he doesn t seem 2 care that my store is closing its slightly bleeding skin around it is raw. I have an appt 7/6 will I be ok until then

Hello,

Bleeding around the stoma needs dressing and to check for any kind of pus or discharge. If there is associated pus or discharge, culture needs to be done to rule out infection.
