Suggest Treatment For Dizziness After Eating And Bowel Movement

Hello, I have been having dizziness after eating, and when I have a bowel movement I get dizzy. I have been feeling sick to my stomach, and bloated. I recently had blood work done, and a cat scan on my abdomen, but all came back normal. One doctor told me it was signs of mold, but no mold in my home.
