Hi welcome to Healthcaremagic,
As per the details provided, you had a short period of altered sensorium followed by vertigo and nausea. These symptoms can be due to the severe pain following the trauma. But in case the symptoms persists (severe persistent headache, loss of consciousness, vomiting, seizures) then you should rush to your nearby hospital. You will need a plain CT head to be done to rule out a Head injury, an MRI brain is done in case of pregnant patients.
Please do consult via Healthcaremagic in case of any further doubts.
Thank you.
