Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Fever And Rashes All Over The Body

my son has been sick for over a month. He has been to so many doctors we cant keep count . He has dizziness, that comes and goes, low grade fevers like 99 pressure on the lower back of his head, a rash like hives, and he is not sleeping, he is getting depressed and irratable, from this. We had him tested for west nile which came back negative. What do I do for him he is 20 years old and we have no idea what is wrong with him. I am starting to believe his doctor thinks he is making it up but he is not he has color for some parts of the day and is able to walk without the dizziness and then it comes back and the color drains from his face and the fever comes.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the chronic condition then he must have been taken to doctor for that and also some test must have been done if not then it is advisable to get done the routine test like blood test apart from this CT of brain is also advisable, if these are unremarkable then the ill condition could be due to nonspecific reason, some it may be functional elements playing the role, you can Tab Amitriptyline once in day hope this information helps.
