Sir my son is suffering with typhoid fever during treatment also in the evening his fever rising up to 102F is it rises even during treatment ( to day is third day of treatment) please suggest

Are you getting out patient or inpatient treatment? What is the name of medication you are getting now? With appropriate antibiotic therapy, there is usually improvement within one to two days and recovery within seven to 10 days. Sometimes blood cultures will guide to choose therapy. But it is reasonable to wait until 7-10 days to see the response.
