Hello,

Functional disorders might be playing the role in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), an allergic condition, besides these, he seems to have multiple diseases and some really need great care as for example kidney stone, GERD can be best treated with tablet Omeprazole with tablet Domperidone once in a day for five weeks. If the patient is having multiple diseases then it has to be taken great medical care, it can not be taken as granted it is advisable to reduce the drug if it is not that much indicated else it may intensify the symptoms of GERD.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
