Suggest Treatment For Dizziness

I am a hobbyist who specializes in small scale PVC plastic model kits and the use of acrylic paint to color and detail them.

However I needed a color that I did not have onhand, so rather absentmindedly I must admit, I used the lid from a small bottle of over the counter Pepcid to mix them in without rinsing it first.

I was exposed to it for perhaps thirty minutes, not really noticing how bad I felt until I stood up to pee, and instead fell over. My body felt like a gigaton, and my head felt light as all get out. Well, basically, its been an hour and a half, I've long since disposed of the paint, the lid, and placed the model kit in the garage to dry, hoping fumes will be gone in the morning so I can remove the paint and try again using something more sensible, like a tupperware lid to mix them. (Mind you I've never had trouble mixing them before with fumes, just a low level funny smell that wet acrylic paint has)

I Still feel somewhat dizzy, but I feel a little better than before, however I am rather worried that this will have a longer lasting effect, or be fatal or something.

My phone is out, so I'm here.
