Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin With Itching In Genital Area

Hey Doc i have some common problem as i read in this article like having dry skin and in my gentile area which itches, sometimes it itch so much that i cant controll and due to which i hurt my skin in which creats rashes and then it pains lot even many a time in night i am not able to sleep when i start itching the area near my upper thigh and between my legs. whats going on
