Suggest Treatment For Dysentery And Stomach Pain

Hello doctor my name is karthik from india, karnataka(south asia) am suffering from decentry from morning. I took some medecine which ayurvedic but it did not help. Can i have Eldoper for this problem & also am suffering from too much of stomach pain....

* Primary guidelines for better outcome- drink more liquids - dietary precautions to consume soft , light diet - avoid spices , oily , non veg stuffs - Eldoper is not recommended due to its possible side effects , rather intake of antibiotic with Metronidazole , pro-biotic with lacto bacillus anti spasmodic tablets as Dicyclomine or others need prescription with your doctor .
