Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question in detail and I know that you are very concerned about your child.
Since, there is no loss of consciousness, persistent vomiting, seizures or bleed from mouth and nose, the possibility of internal bleeding is very less.
There is no need to give chymoral forte, you can give syrup ibuprofen for pain and can apply local anaesthetic gel at the site of trauma.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
