Suggest Treatment For Elevated Pus Cell Count In Urine And Burning Sensation During Urination

Hi Doctor.I am a 24 year girl.I am facing a problem of high pus cells in my urine.& i am suffering from urine burning while & before passing it.Even i am feeling like vomit every time.last time when i had gone for the treatment, i was having 35+ pus cells. & i was suggested alkasip(medicine) by the doctor.but i am not satisfied with it.so now i want to know what should i do to solve the problem as well what are the complications in my problem in future?

* The current issue is urinary tract infection from various possible reasons.
* Working guidelines for better recovery

- Keep the genitals clean with antiseptic liquid.
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
- Avoid vaginal sex ( if sexually active ) till recovery.
- Get prescription of proton pump inhibitor ( as omeprazole or else ) ,
antibiotic according to the urine culture report from your doctor.
