Suggest Treatment For Elevated Pus Cell Count In Urine

My mother urine report shows full of pus cells/hpf what does it means is it dangerous it can be treated pls reply, Rbcs 2-3/hpf , Eosinophil .2%, Monocytes 1.2%, Rbcs 4.81 millions/cumm, Total leukocytes counts 23460, MVC 80.7, Platelets count 4.51lacs/cumm, Neutrophil 91.9%.

Hi
It looks like there is a fairly severe infection right now.
I suggest you get her urine culture and sensitivity done straightaway following which she could be placed on broad spectrum antibiotics till her infection comes down. She also might need supportive therapy such as IV fluids to maintain her BP and might be better if she is under care if a good hospital.
