I have a slightly elevated thyroid function. I have been experiencing a painful knee. I am very athletic but bicycling has been difficult bc of the knee pain. I have scheduled an otho appt but am now wondering if I am wasting my time. My thyroid retesting is scheduled for November. I am menopausal, as well, and have been for about a year.
Hello, I have gone carefully through your concern and understood your query. The symptoms your reported are not related to the over active thyroid or hyperthyroidism. I would recommend to see an orthopedics, so you are at the right way and are not loosing your time.
