Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Niraj Modi's Response
Empty sella is a rare congenital that occurs when an empty space in brain fills with cerebrospinal fluid as a result of a deformity in the brain. Sclerosis is a condition which effects the nerves along with spinal cord and brain cells as a whole. For both above condition the treatment will be supportive and symptomatic. Mainly your nerophysician will be able to help you in terms of medications suggestions based on MRI report as well as physical symptoms. Further symptomatic relief can be given by different physiotherapy techniques and treatment modality. To get some more relief from the symptoms you can also follow certain holistic lifestyle suggestion like doing yoga, pranayama, proper rest, maintaining balanced diet as well as keeping positive mental status. Take care.
