Anteverted Bulky 9.0x5.9x4.6 cms. Endometrium measuring 10mm, extrnsic compression noted by posterior intramural fibroid Multiple fibroids noted, subserosal and intramural. Larger one in fundal subserosal measuring 2.7x3.0 cm. Further multiple small fibroids noted in the anterior and posterior walls. Left ovary: 2.9x1.7 cms Right ovary: 3.5x2.3 cms Few small follicles are seen in both ovaries. No sol is noted in the adnexae. No free fluid is seen in the cul-de-sac.
