Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Uterus
recently went for an ultrasound for enlarged uterus and left side pain. Report read renal cortical thinning of left kidney. GYN said to see family doc. Chronic symptoms are: left back pain, left lower frontal pain, left pelvic pain, no kidney stones, but many prior UTI s.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
