Enteroccocus faecalis is a Gram positive foxfi often found as a normal inhibitant of the gut. It is important for me to know from where ( specimen like urine, blood, etc) has it been isolated to understand the severity of the infection and it's management. However, it there aren't any prominent symptoms, especially due to the presence of the organism, antibiotic is not required.
