Suggest Treatment For Episodes Of Cold Sweats,dizziness And Black Outs

Im a 34 year old male.What I would like to know is sometimes I will feel sick start to have cold sweats and feel dizzy for about 5 min Im pretty fit and dont smoke these attacks dont happen often but when it does feels like Im going to pass out or vomit.
