Suggest Treatment For Excessive Sleepiness Due To Combipatch

I am on Combipatch, 1/2 patch every 3 days of the lowest dosage 0.05/0.14mg, for over 3 months now. It works well to control insomnia, hot flashes, and vaginal atrophy. I can finally sleep again. The problem is I feel too sleepy all the time. I fall asleep rapidly and have trouble awakening in the morning. I feel like I could sleep 12 plus hours a day. Do you think I should cut back on the dosage, or do I need it increased?
