Hi, I m 23 I had a complete hysterectomy in Feb 2014. I have been taking premarin 0.45mgs every since. I don t think the pills are helping becuz I have mood swings, severe hot flashes, terrible night sweats, facial hair growing and weight gain. I wake up in the middle of the night with my hair soaking wet and my sheets as well.

Hello,

This is typical signs of medically induced menopause. Probably premarine is not working or the hormone levels are too low for you to substitute your hormone levels. Probably you need to change the hormone therapy.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
