Suggest Treatment For Facial Bruising And A Fractured Shoulder Post Injury

I have fallen 3 times this last month two of them were attempting to step down off of a curb one fall on a slight incline going into my garage a turn to the left on the incline .I have had a history of falls but not in the last year except the three. When I fall I lose all sense of balance and my legs collapse When someone helps me get up I regain my balance. I cracked my upper shoulder bone on fall #1. I bruised my left side of my face and cheekbone on fall #3. I think it is mental ? #

Hi,

You can go for a CT scan to look for any brain contusion which can cause these symptoms.

We have to rule out facial bone fractures also.

Consult an orthopedician to fix the fractured shoulder.
