Suggest Treatment For Farting And Gastric Problems
Hi, Am 30yr old ml. Am having gastric problems. I fell like passing motion after each meal. This tendency has been there for several yrs. And for the past 4 months am having gastric troubles. Now gas is expelled by farting, which is very inconvinient.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of farting and gastric problems which seems to be due to insufficient fibres in diet and due to electrolyte imbalance in body. Need not to worry. You condition can be corrected by two ways, first by changing lifestyle and secondly by starting intake of medicine. I would suggest you to avoid spicy and heavy meals especially at night. Avoid aerated and beverages containing caffeine . Consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order endoscopy of esophagus , X-ray of upper respiratory tract and ambulatory acid test. Doctor may prescribe antacid like gelusil , H2 blockers like ranitidine and proton pump inhibitor to correct the condition. Take a little walk after every meal. Eat small and frequent meals.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
