Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Walking Difficulty When Suffering From Compressed Disc

I am a 59 year old male with a compress disk in my back. I also have Hep C of the liver. I have very low energy. I have difficulty walking a flight of stairs, doing laundry or walking a half mile. I am a 20 year veteran of the army where I use to walk all the time. This only started this year. I feel like I am 80 years old.

Hi Respected. Age takes its toll in all, no exceptions you would accept. What is the degree of prolapsed disc? Has your Neuro-surgeon advised for surgery or medical management with physiotherapy? You have to follow what he says. Hep C can give you real bad fatigue level. Just follow the advise and medicines as advised by your Doctor.
