Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Fever And Bumps On Vagina

About two days ago I felt fatigue, lack of energy and hunger, fever, muscle aches and then bumps appeared on my vagina out of nowhere? It started off with one an now theres a bunch even near my anal area. They hurt. What could this be? I ve read it could be genital herpes, mono, and even AIDS. Help.

Hello
fever with bumps could be related to genital herpes or other STI

I would like to know more about the bumps
does is it painful or tender
any history of discharge
your complete medical historylike diabetes or any other chronic illness
if you can upload me a photograph it will be handy to diagnose your illness accurately

in my opinion you should consult your GP for examination and a battery of tests like blood profile VDRL test and urine culture
have plenty of fluids
multivitamins supplements
maintain good hygiene

Regards
