hi i am 47 years old female,i am going through menopause i m diagonsed with fatty liver im taking udiliv300 also i m suffering from vitd defficiency for which i m taking tabs bonecplus as i have pain in my knees and feet i m worried for fatty liver pls advice iam 5-7" in height and my weight is 74kg pls advice

For fatty liver follow below instructions ...
-Regular active exercise
-loose weight
-Avoid excess non veg and fatty meals
-fruits, avocados, lemon juice, carrot, Indian gooseberry etc consumed more
-vitamin E tablet also beneficial
-Avoid alcohol
-refined sugar restricted
Regular follow up with necessary liver profile investigation needs to be done
