Suggest Treatment For Fever And Red Rashes On Limbs, Chest And Stomach.

My 15 yr old son has had fever (101-104) for 5 days. Took him to er due to dehydration. Gave him iv and took blood samples (relatively normal). Said prob flu. Now he still has fever, along with severe red eyes (not itching or oozing), and now a red rash covering limbs, chest, stomach. Do I need to return to er? He's 6'3", 190 lbs., allergic to penecillan, ampicillan, zithromax. Up to date on immunizations. He had swine flu in Oct. 09.
