Suggest Treatment For Fever And Stomach Pain In A Child

Hi My doughtier is 5 months old and wight is this morning she had fever and some and some weird acting like she has pain in stomach and so we took her to the different doctor because of holiday (friday) our family doctor was on leave this doctor give us 5 types of medicine i am writing those down one by one: syrup FORTE TRES-ORIX syrup hiclor (suspension 250mg/5mldrops acetaminophen oral drops that contain each ML acetaminophen 100 mg and sodium saccharin (as sweetener) 2.8 mg Drops colimex drops ( antispasmodic & antiflautulent)drops anapaz (each 1 ml contains hyoscyamine sulpate usp 125 mcg it has been 10 hours and after two dose of above prescription my daughter is still not feeling will and she yet has 104.3 body temperature since it is mid night here in my country both of the doctors are out of reach in the morning her own doctor is available i mean after 12 hours what should i do waiting for your advice thank you farhad from kabul afghanistan

Hi.... Thank you for consulting in Health Care Magic. Looks like she has got a viral illness. Give her plain paracetamol at 15mg/kg/day every 4 to 6th hourly that too only if temperature is more than 100F. Combination in paracetamol is not advisable. Give her plenty of breast milk.
