Suggest Treatment For Fever And Swollen Throat In Child

my daughter is almost 3 yrs old. she has had a high fever for 4 days. on sunday she had a febrile seizure and a temp of 104.8. her fever has remained over 102 for 4 days. we have had a trip to the er as well as her pediatrician, both times sent home to just continue tylenol/motrin rotation (which we ve been doing around the clock since saturday). other than a fever and being lethargic, she has no other symptoms. no red or swollen throat, her ears are clear. no cough/congestion. the bloodwork the ordered (cbc and wbc/with differentials) all came back normal. her urine as well. even with the rotation of tylenol/motrin, she is spiking a fever of 104+ 3-4 times a day.
