I had my son at the er today cause he had a temp of 104 and was complaining his troat hurt and they told me it was viral it would have to run it course his temp is back up to 103.8 and he can t have Tylenol for another hour would it hurt to give him the Tylenol an hour early

Hi,
You can give tylenol one hour early if temperature shoots up.
Important is to give plenty of water and keep him well hydrated so that there will be perspiration helping his temperature down.
