Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to GI tract infection.

You can give him syp ondansetron before food, to stop vomiting after detailed medical examination and consultation of pediatrician.
For fever you may give him syp acetaminophen.

Keep watch for dehydration symptoms, dry skin, dizziness.

Till then keep him hydrated using oral rehydration solution, coconut water, warm soups. Give him warm and light food.

Hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and General Physician.
