Pediatrician 's  Response
Obviously for fever of 4 days duration you need to consult pediatrician. common Causes of fever cold cough are rhino pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media, bronchitis ,pnemonia. It could be viral or bacterial origin. It can be determined by examining your child. If it is bacterial then she will require antibiotics. Bacterial infections normally decrease after 48 hours of antibiotics treatment.Loss of appetite is natural. But you need to ensure good hydration by giving water and other liquids.Appetite will return to normal after 4-5 days.
