Suggest Treatment For Fever , Diarrhea And Vomiting In A Child

I have a four year old who started throwing up on Monday evening but better by Tuesday morning. Didn t have any noticeable fever. Then Tuesday evening started having diarrhea Tuesday evening but only once every about 12 hrs or so. He is still rather lethargic and doesn t have tons of energy. He is eating only a little but drinking a good amount of water and milk. What could be wrong and should we take him to the emergency room.

this is due to some minor infection in his digestive system .due to which he is suffering from theses symptoms,give him a glass of water with 1tsp of sugar and 1 pinch of salt.it will resolve his weakness.
