Suggest Treatment For Fever, Headache And Dizziness

Hi, my 6 year old daughter has had a moderate fever (100-102 F) off and on for a week, has been complaining of a headache with about the same frequency, and developed dizziness to the point of stumbling around last night and continuing on through today. What might it be and do I need to take her to the doctors office?

.typhoid
.urti
.CNS infection
.malaria
