Suggest Treatment For Fever In A Child
i have a 8 year old male, 42 lbs. was running a high fever 103.5 gave him ibprophren 1 and 1/2 tablets he is ADHD and takes medicine at night for bedtime to help sleep. I gave him his medicine and now his fever is 97.0. I gave him ibprophren at 9 and now at 12 the temp is at 97.0

It may be due to viral fever.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, peripheral smear for malaria parasites, dengue NS 1 after pediatrician consultation.
Till then you can take syp acetaminophen.
Keep your self hydrated.
