i have a daughter who will be three september 25 she had a fever abot a week back i took her to a doctor and he perscribed Augmentin, Chlorofan and Panadol for her at the time she had a slight cold. after 5 bday of taking the medication she felt better but then i noticed after about four days she started getting a fever again now i have noticed that her gums are slightly bleeding and swollen and she is crying out that her head hurts. this has been happening two and a half days now. can you advise what is happening?
hello, thanks for your query, swollen gums with fever could be viral origin. it takes time to resolve.continue plain paracetamol 2 more days.in case of persistence, you need to do blood tests to rule out the cause. hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
