Suggest Treatment For Fever,frequent Urination And Nausea

My boyfriend, 22 Caucasian male, is feeling very nauseous, has a fever of 98.9 (his normal body temp is 96.8-96.9), and has had to go to the bathroom to urinate 14 times in the past hour. He also said he feels really tired, even though he slept for around 12 hours last night and has not been active today
