Suggest Treatment For Fever,headaches And Diarrhea

Have had a fever for three days with servere low back pain, headache, lightheadedness, and watery stools. Thought it was just GI flu or food related at first, but I HAVE NO GAS or cramps or bloating or abdominal pain. Fever not controled with ibuprofen, and never had one this long.

Hi thank you for querry,
If such patient came to me history and physical examination is important after proper history and examination may be some test required.
i will start symptomatic treatment
Tab.parcetamol 500 mg thrice daily.
Syp.Antacid 2 TsF twice daily and before bed
Cap.omeprazole 20 mg before food morning.
ORS
soft diet
if symptoms not improved later in loperamide,Flagyl or ciprofloxacin may be required.
