Suggest Treatment For Fever,loss Of Appetite And Loose Stool

my son, age 6. flu symptoms fever of 38 + for 2 days, loss of appetite, and now runny poo. though not much as he has not eaten. and he just wet the bed and pooped in his bed and he said he didn t notice.... he never has accidents in bed... should I take him to doctor or is it just normal flu?

Your son is suffering from intestinal tract infection.You can wait for 24 hours more.If no reduction in fever then you consult your doctor.Till then continue giving him lots of water.Don't give fruit juices and sweetened drinks. he should be alright.
