Suggest Treatment For Fistula Which Oozes Regularly

I am suffering with fistula since 3 years. There is no wound exposed out. ozing is coming regularly. pain will come when body understress(more walking, hard working). I consult doctors, but they told operation is not possible. abcess size decresed from 41 mm to 13 mm. Give me your valuable suggession

Thank for asking and appreciate your concern, if this is the fistula then operation is the only way there, you have not mentioned where the fistula is there, why the operation is not possible it is not being mentioned too, if the infection is there then that need to be autolized first, it is better to have the second opinion as long as the operation is concern, type and site of fistula matters the great and it is not being stated here, so your detail query is appreciated hope this information helps.
