Suggest Treatment For Flactulance

Hi i am 50 and have been suffering with bad inflatulance for the past week. I do smoke about 10 cigarettes a day and drink quite a bit of coffee during the day also.

I am under stress at the moment and i am wondering wether this is the cause or maybe it is something else please help.
