Hi, I am a liver donor and i am recently going through issues like metallic/acidic taste in my esophagous, feeling of fullness, pressure on my chest, gas, hemorroids, light headedness, dizzy sometimes, dehydrated, tingling of skin etc..pls help

- Consume more liquids
- Prefer soft, bland diet
- Avoid all spices, oily, non veg stuffs
- Intake of proton pump inhibitor, bulk forming laxative, multi vitamins will help great
