Suggest Treatment For Flatulence, Incomplete Bowel Movements And Gurgling Stomach

I am 66 years old. I suffer from chronic GI disturbances -flatulance, incomplete bowel movement, gurgling sounds from the stomach, mucous with gas, etc. I have good appetite and no pain. I have taken antibiotics including rifaximin, probiotics and sedatives. Antibiotics provide slight temporary relief. Could you pease advise me on future treatment options. Thanks P N K Nambisan

Thank for choosing HCM for helps.
I had gone through the history given here, although it does not seems to be infection or any other infection but more or less it could be IBS, (Irritable bowel syndrome) it is kind of functional kind or disease.
Even if it is the IBS but infection can not be ruled out. If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with single dose therapy of Sacnidazole 1 g
Try to come out of the stress, try some exercise.
