Suggest Treatment For Flatulence, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I have been vomiting and quit. It has been 40 hours since I have thrown up. I have been trying to introduce food like rice, chicken broth, veg, cooked oatmeal back into my diet. Whenever I lay down to sleep the same feeling I had before vomiting come over me after about 90 min of sleep. I get up and the feeling turns into a burp or flatulence. Still the stomach hurts for about 15 min before settling.
Any ideas what to do?

I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms of vomiting is severe then underlying cause of this is matter of concern and it needs to be found out, and most worry part is the cerebral pathology till then it can be managed with Ondansetrone and it has to be taken through I/V root, some time the symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and for that it is better to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day hope this information helps.
