Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi sir, I have been having gastric probelms for the past five months i) I feel like gas is trying to come out of anus but it is entrapped. ii)I want to go to toilet everytime i eat something spicy iii)Getting toilet suddenly in such a way that i can't control sometimes. iv)i belch as soon as i finish eating
It seems you have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) as you are having urgency or a feeling of incomplete bowel movement(gas entrapped), & increased belching or flatulence.
Reflux of gas from the distal to the more proximal intestine, which may explain the belching.25 and 50% of patients with IBS complain of dyspepsia (having gastric problems).
Eliminate any foodstuff that appears to produce symptoms. A course of Rifaximin 550 mg BD is usually advised.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
