Suggest Treatment For Flatulence

Hi sir,
I have been having gastric probelms for the past five months
i) I feel like gas is trying to come out of anus but it is entrapped.
ii)I want to go to toilet everytime i eat something spicy
iii)Getting toilet suddenly in such a way that i can't control sometimes.
iv)i belch as soon as i finish eating

Hello,

It seems you have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) as you are having urgency or a feeling of incomplete bowel movement(gas entrapped), & increased belching or flatulence.

Reflux of gas from the distal to the more proximal intestine, which may explain the belching.25 and 50% of patients with IBS complain of dyspepsia (having gastric problems).

Eliminate any foodstuff that appears to produce symptoms. A course of Rifaximin 550 mg BD is usually advised.
