Suggest Treatment For Flip Flop Sensation In Upper Body

For the last few hours I ve had a major flip-flopping sensation in my ULQ. It s actually visible externally and when I feel it with my hand it s even more obvious. It does not hurt at all. It feels like the sensation when a baby is moving, but I am definitely not pregnant.

Hi! I suggest strongly that you need an X ray of your abdomen and if required Ultrasound examinations. This is because you say that it is visible externally. I would suggest a check up face to face with your personal doctor. As a provisional diagnosis, I feel that you have muscular spasms and fasciculations. This could be in response to trauma received in that region. We'll need to see the X ray. Thanks, Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
