hi my self pravin i am 37 yrs old and having a foot drop since last 18 years , taken treatment for long shown to so many doctors but no use . they told me to use some sort of belt. Please guide me or tell me any treatment of surgery to opt, to get out of these.

hello, you can opt for foot drop splints in case you want conservative management , in case you want surgical management you need to go for tendon transfer surgery followed by physiotherapy to regain muscle action, kindly consult a plastic surgeon or an orthopaedic surgeon.
