Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning And Loose Stools

Hi , Yesterday day I ate very cheesey pizza and I am lactose intolerant. The next day I felt very sick and so went to the washroom. I was okay ,this is due to the pizza. The symptoms of being sick and having to go hasn t gone away and it burns to go. I am now having very painful stool and flakr water stool. There is red flakes in it should I be worried ? I have the chills as well so I don t know if I caught something or me being lactose intolerant.. Please help

Hello..
This is due to infection from food..red flakes in stool can be blood..if that is the case it is called as dysentery.
Start taking antibiotic ofloxacin+ornidazole combination.along with oral rehydration solutions.this will solve the problem..
It is better if you can get examined by a physician before starting treatment..
