Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning

I have been suffering from food poisoning since Friday. I have eliminated as much food as I can but I really feel like vomiting. I tried today-Monday but just had the dry heeves. I feel nauseated, dizzy and not up to par. I have consumed liquids and bland food What else can I do,if I can t vomit?

Food poisoning usually settles by 48-72 hours, until then u need symptomatic treatment for loose motions, vomiting , abdominal.pain and if can't take liquid orally and get a dehydrated then u might need ìv fluids & IV medicines.
