Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning

Hello, I have someone with me who might be suffering from food poisoning. He s got abdominal pain, diarrhea, and has been throwing up. I ve been trying to help him to drink water and at this point he can t keep anything down; he goes right to the bathroom within 10 minutes. I m concerned that he ll become too dehydrated; is this an ER situation or is there something we can do at home?
